Tubeless setup is the process of converting your wheels to run without inner tubes, creating an airtight seal between the tyre and rim for a smoother, more efficient ride. By fitting a tubeless valve and correctly seating the tyre onto the rim, we prepare your wheel system so it can be run tubeless. When used with sealant, tubeless tyres are designed to seal small punctures as they happen, allowing you to keep riding without stopping to fix a flat. Running tubeless reduces the risk of pinch punctures, allows lower tyre pressures for improved grip and comfort, and can improve rolling efficiency. It’s ideal for road, gravel and MTB riders looking for better performance and fewer puncture issues. We provide professional tubeless setup in Redhill and across Surrey, helping local cyclists upgrade their bikes with confidence.

Please note: sealant is required for this setup but is not included in the price

FAQ

How long does a Gold Service take?

As this is a full strip down and rebuild, it usually takes slightly longer than our other services. Most Gold services are completed within 1 to 2 weeks depending on workload and any additional parts required.

Is this service suitable for older bikes?

Yes. Older bikes often benefit the most from a full strip down, especially if they have not had a thorough service in some time.

Will parts be replaced automatically?

No. We will always contact you before replacing any worn or damaged parts. No additional work is carried out without your approval.

What is the difference between Silver and Gold?

The Gold Service includes a full strip down and rebuild, along with headset and bottom bracket removal and re-greasing. Silver focuses more on adjustment, wheel truing, and drivetrain cleaning.

How often should I book a Gold Service?

For regularly ridden bikes, once a year is a good guideline. If you ride in harsh conditions or high mileage, you may benefit from it more frequently.
