Terms and conditions 

• The voucher must be presented at the time of booking.
• This voucher is valid only for the prize winner and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.
• Bookings are subject to availability.
• Advance booking may be required.
• The voucher is valid for ONE YEAR from the date it is purchased or awarded.
• Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
• This voucher does not include travel costs. Standard travel charges apply. Alternatively, the bicycle may be dropped off and collected from our Redhill base free of charge.
• The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternative.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraud, misuse, or unauthorised transfer is suspected.
• If the value of the repair or service exceeds the voucher value, the customer must pay the difference.
• This voucher covers labour only. Any parts required or requested during the service or repair will be charged separately at the current retail price.
• The voucher may only be used once.
• Any unused balance will be forfeited unless otherwise stated.
• Lost, stolen, altered, or damaged vouchers may not be replaced. 
• Standard booking, cancellation, and rescheduling policies apply.
• Failure to attend a booked appointment may result in the voucher being deemed used.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse service where a bicycle is unsafe to work on, where parts are unavailable, or where work requested falls outside the Company's scope of services.
• The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time where reasonably necessary.
