Our Silver Service is a mid range bike service designed to improve performance as well as safety. It includes everything from our Bronze Service, with additional work to restore smoothness and efficiency.
All bolts and assemblies are checked and tightened to the manufacturer’s recommended torque. Brakes and gears are inspected and adjusted, headset play is removed, and the bike is checked for any potential safety issues.
In addition, your wheels are trued and the drivetrain is fully degreased to help restore crisp shifting and smoother pedalling.
You will be advised of any parts that may need replacing, with no work carried out without your approval.
This service is ideal for regularly ridden bikes that need more than a basic safety check and would benefit from improved performance.

Yes. The drivetrain degrease and gear indexing often restore smoother, quieter shifting.
Are parts included in the price?
No replacement parts are included. If anything needs replacing, we will contact you first for approval.
How long will my bike be in the workshop?
We usually complete Silver Services within 1 to 2 weeks of drop off, depending on current workload.
