Zipp 303 XPLR SW Carbon Gravel Wheelset
Ultra-Wide, Tubeless-Ready 700c Wheels Built for Speed, Control and Comfort
The Zipp 303 XPLR SW Carbon Wheelset brings premium gravel performance to riders seeking speed, stability and confidence on varied terrain. Combining Zipp’s Total System Efficiency engineering with a wide, deep hookless carbon rim and high-engagement hubs, this wheelset sets a new standard in gravel racing and adventure riding. Designed to work seamlessly with tubeless tyres, it offers exceptional grip and responsiveness whether pushing pace or tackling rough surfaces.
Key Features
Wide, Hookless Carbon Rim Profile
The ultra-wide 32mm internal rim width allows tyres to run lower pressures with better cornering grip and reduced vibration loss. Lower pressures improve traction and comfort without compromising control.
Total System Efficiency (TSE) for Gravel
Zipp’s gravel-specific TSE design integrates tyre and rim performance to reduce rolling resistance and vibration while improving rider comfort and efficiency over long distances.
Aero-Optimised Deep Rim for Speed
With a 54mm rim depth, these wheels deliver enhanced aerodynamic performance at speed, especially when paired with wider gravel tyres. The wide and deep profile creates a smooth tyre-to-rim interface that helps maintain momentum on fast gravel stretches.
High-Engagement ZR1 DB Hubs
Engineered for durability and smooth performance, the ZR1 DB hubs feature a robust seal design and 66 points of engagement for quicker response, smoother acceleration and long-lasting reliability. Centre-lock brake compatibility and replaceable end caps add versatility.
Tubeless-Ready and Gravel Optimised
Hookless carbon rims are designed for tubeless tyres only, improving bead seating, reducing pinch flats and simplifying setup. The design is optimised for approved gravel tyres to ensure predictable handling and secure fitment.
Lightweight yet Durable Carbon Construction
At approximately 1,450–1,500 grams per wheelset depending on configuration, these wheels balance strength, weight and durability, making them ideal for racing, long rides or fast adventure days.

FAQ
How long does a Gold Service take?
As this is a full strip down and rebuild, it usually takes slightly longer than our other services. Most Gold services are completed within 1 to 2 weeks depending on workload and any additional parts required.
Is this service suitable for older bikes?
Yes. Older bikes often benefit the most from a full strip down, especially if they have not had a thorough service in some time.
Will parts be replaced automatically?
No. We will always contact you before replacing any worn or damaged parts. No additional work is carried out without your approval.
What is the difference between Silver and Gold?
The Gold Service includes a full strip down and rebuild, along with headset and bottom bracket removal and re-greasing. Silver focuses more on adjustment, wheel truing, and drivetrain cleaning.
How often should I book a Gold Service?
For regularly ridden bikes, once a year is a good guideline. If you ride in harsh conditions or high mileage, you may benefit from it more frequently.
