Key Features

2×12-Speed Wireless Electronic Shifting (AXS Technology)

Fully wireless eTap shifting provides instant, reliable gear changes with no cables to route or maintain. The updated Force E1 front and rear derailleurs deliver crisp shifting across a wide road gear range, ensuring smooth cadence and seamless transitions under load.

Hydraulic Disc Brakes – Flat Mount Design

Powerful flat-mount hydraulic brakes offer excellent modulation, low maintenance, and consistent stopping power in wet or dry conditions. The redesigned Force E1 lever ergonomics improve grip, comfort, and control on long rides and steep descents.

Refined, Lightweight Drivetrain Components

The E1 generation reduces weight while improving durability and shifting feel. The drivetrain is efficient, responsive, and compatible with a broad range of cassette ratios for both climbing and high-speed performance.

Wireless Shifter/Brake Levers (HRD)

Ergonomic lever design with improved tactile feel offers secure control over both braking and shifting. Adjustable reach ensures a comfortable setup for all hand sizes.

FAQ

How long does a Gold Service take?

As this is a full strip down and rebuild, it usually takes slightly longer than our other services. Most Gold services are completed within 1 to 2 weeks depending on workload and any additional parts required.

Is this service suitable for older bikes?

Yes. Older bikes often benefit the most from a full strip down, especially if they have not had a thorough service in some time.

Will parts be replaced automatically?

No. We will always contact you before replacing any worn or damaged parts. No additional work is carried out without your approval.

What is the difference between Silver and Gold?

The Gold Service includes a full strip down and rebuild, along with headset and bottom bracket removal and re-greasing. Silver focuses more on adjustment, wheel truing, and drivetrain cleaning.

How often should I book a Gold Service?

For regularly ridden bikes, once a year is a good guideline. If you ride in harsh conditions or high mileage, you may benefit from it more frequently.
