Participants of Bikes for Neighbors learn to ride their new bikes.

Bikes for Neighbors is run by the Shenandoah Valley Bicycle Coalition, which partners with local organizations to identify and assist people who need bikes. Formerly Bikes for Refugees, this program has been broadened to serve a larger array of people in need of bicycles or assistance with road rules and riding skills.
